Adrianne Chalepah (Kiowa/Apache) from Anadarko, Oklahoma is a stand-up comedienne and motivational speaker. After working with comedy troupe 49 Laughs Comedy, Chalepah’s performances have gained recognition, landing her features in magazines and on television. She was honored to open up for the First Lady Michelle Obama at a campaign event in 2012. Passionate about indigenous/female empowerment, she formed the world’s only all-female, all-Native American comedy group, Ladies of Native Comedy. Tonight we welcome the 25 year old Two-Spirit and Youth Advocate Layha Spoonhunter (Eastern Shoshone, Northern Arapaho and Oglala Lakota) In 2008 he served as the youngest Native American delegate for then Senator Barack Obama and danced in both the 2009 and 2013 Inaugurations.
