Soccer matters World Cup coverage continues, after a phenomenal performance from  the Argentina national team against an extremely hard working Croatian side. Glenn goes into both of the national team's World Cup runs. Next, Glenn talks about the England vs France fixture as France plays Morocco tomorrow Wednesday. Moving on, more world cup talk consisting the last teams standing. To end off the hour Glenn is joined by Diego Maradona's nephew.

Ellicott City Soccer Club GM Rob Ryerson joined Glenn to discuss the great work they are doing to fight pediatric cancer, make soccer more accessible for all, and get some of his biggest takeaways from the World Cup so far.

In the opening half of the show Glenn and his special co-host Andrew Driver celebrate the USMNT's massive win over Iran to advance to the Round of 16, break down the team's performance, take a ton of calls to gauge how the listeners are feeling, and look ahead to Saturday's matchup with the Netherlands. 

To begin the 2nd half of the show Glenn and Andrew Driver are joined by Ian Veary of the Houston Liverpool Supporters Group to discuss England's impressive performance to close out the group stage and big Netherlands fan DJ Son to talk about their play in the group stage and preview the matchup with the USMNT.
