When we need to relax and change our brainwaves TV can be helpful, but when we become identified with what or who is on Television we begin to loose who we are. We can absorb and feel as if we should have whats on TV or be like the person that we're watching. How can we become active participants in our life and bring mindfulness to our lives.

Wayne Dyer Opening up to different perceptions can change so much in our life. we can bring mindfulness to how we see things When someone meets us they form their idea of who and what we are in the first 90 seconds, because we internalize our judgements and remember people and things rather than seeing them now. How different our world is when we truly see things in a new way now. You are the producer and director in your life. Ask yourself how do I look at things and how could I change them. Lets change the play of our life that we're in, we can choose how we see things. When we remove the labels, we can open up to what we've labelled, then we might find someone is not the person we thought they were. Anytime we feel tense its time to be the director in our lives and find more joy and love. Let today be the day of seeing things in new ways.
