What the former Harvard mathematics major really wanted to  do was become a professor. Although life took her down a different path, Kathleen doesn’t regret it. Finding she had a knack for business, Kathleen learned how to ascertain  when situations called for flexibility and when it was necessary to advocate for what she needed. Navigating a path to an executive position as a single mom through two bouts of breast cancer, Kathleen is a strong supporter of both intentionality and vulnerability  as a means to connect and grow with others. She has worked tirelessly at Microsoft to create a culture of inclusion that attracts and inspires the world’s most passionate talent.
