In 1987 The Monster Squad was released. It was not a smash hit, but later found its audience with home entertainment. The film is about a young group of monster fanatics attempt to save their hometown from Count Dracula and his monsters.  The film looks amazing in HD and is  good case study on how a film can still be successful even when the box office says it is not.
