Join Pastor Stuart as we continue in our series, Connecting with God. In this lesson, we turn to Psalm 145 as we are reminded to . . . "Connect through Prayer". In this lesson, we learn: Prayer is an important way we connect with God. God promises he is near to those who call on him in truth. To call on God in truth entails at least 3 things: We are honest and sincere in our prayers; We approach God in the truth of what he has revealed to us about himself; We come to God only in The Truth . . . Jesus. Therefore, we ought to call on God in truth often. So, let’s boldly go to our Father in prayer by the work of the Spirit and in the name of Jesus.
