Dr. Marshall Shepherd joins us to discuss the difficulties of communicating the real threat of flooding. In the recent years, we have seen many cases of flash flooding. From tropical events to stationary fronts to everyday thunderstorms...flooding is becoming a major story. Dr. Shepherd has proposed many ways on how we can better communicate flooding to the general public.
