I have a fairly robust looking body/torso with good muscle percentage in general, but my arms look very lean in comparison to the rest of my body. My biceps get toned fairly easily but my triceps just won’t get toned. I don’t take any supplements with regards to muscle gain, but I do weight training (using YBELL training or CrossFit inspired exercises) 2 times a week and soccer once a week. I go to a gym now but have the YBELL’s at home as well. What would you recommend I look into?
