After a plan that included 1,100- and 850-ft-tall towers atop a podium was rejected by 42nd Ward Alderman Brendan Reilly in 2018, Related presented a new plan calling for 765- and 875-ft-tall towers with ground-level retail and commercial space, along with underground parking. Designed by World Trade Center architect David Childs with Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, the structures no longer include the podium, a 175-key hotel and 300 condominiums.
