The Denver project is a renovation of the roughly 10-story-tall, 141-unit Landmark East condominium tower served by 16-stop elevators. In Toronto, the nearly complete, 60-story mixed-use Wellesley on the Park, designed by KPMB Architects and drawing inspiration from Finnish architect Alvar Aalto, will open soon in the “heart of downtown” with more than 700 residential units, retail and office space.
