I’m looking forward to sharing with you some of our community’s questions that have come in over the past few weeks…   Emily: I am in my 20s and have struggled with acne for over 10 years now. It has always been deep, red, painful, consistent blemishes. I have consistently seen two separate naturopathic doctors/chiropractors during this time as well. We have looked at hormones, food sensitivities, even emotional based healing. You name it - I’ve tried it. Skincare included. Yet my acne and skin congestion has continued to settle in & worsen, now with scars as well. I now use gentle/minimal skincare. It affects my every day life. It’s hard to have hope that it will ever hear. Do you have any suggestions what I should do? I am planning to begin my first detox program soon, which is one thing I have never done before.
