About 15.5 million of these AC adapters were sold with laptops or as replacements in the US and about 1.3 million were sold in Canada at retail outlets and online at Toshiba.com. Stop using these recalled AC adapters and contact Dynabook at 1-800-457-7777 or via email at dba-acadapter2024@dynabook.com to check if your particular adapter is included in the recall and to receive instructions regarding obtaining a free replacement.  You will need to email a photo of your AC adapter with the power cord cut to receive the replacement.
