Former jockey Eddie Donnally continues his tireless efforts in support of riders in both spiritual and monetary fashion. Bob Baffert has just joined his team as an Ambassador for Jockeys and Jeans, formed in 2014 as an all volunteer group which raises funds through a yearly event and stallion season sale, to go directly to the PDJF, Jockeys and Jeans will be at Santa Anita Park on June 22nd 2019 for their sixth annual event. In addition the award-winning writer has penned a new novel titled THE GOLDEN ALTER: SELLING SOULS FOR A HORSE WITH NO NAME. Eddie will discuss his recent efforts, book and his checkered past that involved a brush with Whitey Bolger's Winter Hill Gang. Ed Meyer will hopefully have his power back on, as he missed his pre-Breeders' Cup appearance last week. Ed will review the top Breeders' Cup races. He will join John to 'cap the Grade 3 $100,000 Commonwealth Turf at Churchill Downs and the $150,000 Artie Schuller and Atlantic Beach stakes from Aqueduct.
