Bryan Ponder, director of land development - Dallas and Atlanta at UnionMain Homes, joins host Carol Morgan for this week’s Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio episode. After graduating with a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Georgia in 1998, he has been involved in land development ever since. Along the way, he worked with multiple home builders, including Homeland Communities and Brock Built Homes. Through these experiences, Ponder took every opportunity to learn and now possesses a diverse knowledge of sales, marketing, home building and more.
