European military commanders warning of imminent war with Russia (within the next 2 years).  With that backdrop the NATO conference took place this week in Washington where President Joe Biden's mental acuity continued to be questioned and Canada increasingly came under pressure from senior U.S. government, as well as other NATO officials demanding this country invest at least 2% of GDP into military spending immediately. What do we make of Trudeau's assurance Canada will reach that objective by 2032, but with no details provided?
