United Hatzalah is a national volunteers first responder organization which before 7a.m. on October 7 began receiving more than 200 calls per hour from frantic Israelis describing the horrors being committed by Hamas. Eli Beer and Hatzalah volunteers began racing across the country alternately trying to save the wounded, while when necessary, engaging in gun battles with Hamas. Some Hatzalah paramedics were murdered by Hamas terrorists while helping the wounded and the army was nowhere in sight. Police were absent as well as they were targeted by Hamas.  Guest: Eli Beer.
