David Milgaard spent 23 years in prison, wrongfully convicted of the rape and murder of a nurse from Saskatoon. He was offered release multiple times, if he would plead guilty. He refused. After David’s mother, Joyce, championed him for years, his case was re-examined and he was found innocent. He contributed a written piece called ‘This is Not Justice.
