Vidcast:  https://www.instagram.com/p/DBeu-tFJ6hk/ The FDA along with the CDC, the USDA, and other public health officials are actively investigating an E. coli food poisoning outbreak tied to McDonald’s Quarter Pounder. McDonald’s customers in10 states, at least 49 of them, have become ill from eating the Quarter Pounders. The food poisonings occurred in Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Oregon, Utah, Wisconsin and Wyoming One person in Colorado has died.  McDonald’s has temporarily discontinued serving Quarter Pounders and so-called Quarter Pound burgers that use the ground beef and slivered onions.  The latest information is pointing to the slivered onions as the source of the E. coli, but the particular strain responsible is not usually found in onions. If you recently bought and refrigerated or froze Quarter Pounders in these states, don’t consume them.  If you are having gastrointestinal symptoms after consuming Quarter Pounders, immediately contact your medical team.   https://
