The internal LED power board can loosen and contact flammable items leading to fires and burns. About 16,000  affected fixtures were sold through NetZero USA, Citory Solutions, Red Sail Developments, and other distributors nationwide. Stop using any fixtures showing signs of a loose LED board or lens discoloration.
