The spacing between some of the crib slats exceeds federal safety standards creating an entrapment and asphyxiation risk for babies. About 1,200 cribs were sold online at Amazon.com, Walmart.com, Cymax.com, Southshorefurniture.com, and other websites. Stop using these recalled cribs. To obtain a refund, take apart the crib and take a photo of it placed in an outdoor waste container.
