Vidcast:  https://www.instagram.com/reel/DEne0YfsmK4/ Those following a vegetarian diet and regularly wolfing down plant-based foods such as burgers had a 42% higher risk of developing clinical depression.  Uk University of Surrey researchers studied 5122 subjects all of whom were vegetarians and two-thirds of whom regularly ate plant-based meat alternatives or PBMA. The fact is that these PBMAs are ultra-processed foods and their consumption is associated with higher blood pressures, increased inflammation, and reduced levels of good cholesterol.
