  Cookies, breads and cakes are the comfort foods of humanity, but what happens if we find out those very foods are making us sick? Diane, “Dee”, Kittle was an accomplished pastry chef and sugar artist when she was diagnosed with celiac disease, a severe auto-immune reaction to gluten. Realizing that she could no longer work in conventional pastry arts, she took on the task of developing a repertoire of delicious gluten and dairy free recipes. In the process, she learned from her “tasters” that other allergens were affecting their lives. She emerged from her kitchen ready to share her work with the gluten/dairy/allergen free community.
