Conversation with Trent - Featuring Lisa Page - "Raising Boys vs Raising Girls"

Informações:

Sinopsis

I believe this has been a source of conversation and contention between parents, among siblings and even in schools for ages! Girls are supposed to walk the straight line, be neat and mannerable; while boys, well "boys will be boys." Should boys be treated with a heavy hand and girls be spoiled with gentle tones, more understanding, and kid gloves? Do you give your sons more freedom, yet your daughters are on a tight reign? At the ripe age of 16 are girls given a curfew of 11:00pm, only allowed to group date and only attend school or church sanctioned parties; while we give 16 year boys a condom for their wallet "just in case", a curfew of midnight, and a pat on the back for dating the prettiest girl in school?  Should we base treatment solely on gender or on something else..like level of maturity, responsibility, or even grades? Join the Conversation Friday at 8pm (CST) / 9pm (EST) as we discuss: "Raising Boys vs Raising Girls: Should there be a Difference in Treatment based on Gender?" Call/Listen (347) 3
