Last Friday, we played a report from the unveiling of the Brian Boru Bridge in Killaloe-Ballina. At the start of the piece, we heard Transport Minister, Darragh O’Brien being subjected to accusations from a member of the public over the Government’s response to Israel’s continuing assault on Gaza. This is nothing new, as the Government has faced plenty of brickbats on this issue. Earlier, Alan spoke with environmental activist Sinead Jackson, who interrupted Minister O’Brien’s speech.
