The Housing Minister says he's “confident” proposed changes to rent pressure zones will lead to an increase in housing supply. Under the plan, which was approved by Coalition leaders last night, RPZs are to be extended across the country to cover every tenancy. However, new builds will not have a cap anymore and increases or decreases will be linked solely to inflation. Minister James Browne says this will lead to more investment in supply...
