With the arrest of an alleged sex-cult leader in the last 48 hours and the newly released documentary Wild Wild Country about OSHO, I thought it was appropriate to discuss the existence of cults. In the paranormal world, the spiritual community, and the landscape of people looking for answers outside of the mainstream options, cults can be encountered a bit more often than if we were not fascinated in the things that we are intrigued by. So, it seems fitting with the latest news to dive into why these things happen and what goes wrong.
