The Mayor of Ennis says councillors can't make a "unilateral decision" to scrap proposed infrastructural changes in the county town without heeding the views of the public. It comes as three local elected representatives have called for the removal of references to changes to the layout of a heavily-trafficked roundabout from the Draft Ennis Local Transport Plan.
