Mountshannon Harbour was a hive of activity on Friday afternoon as local elected representatives assembled to mark the official opening of the Inis Cealtra Visitor Experience. Despite opening its doors to the public during the summer, the new tourism centre had its official opening on Friday the 19th of September 2025. Clare FM's Seán Lyons was present at the event and spoke to local Fine Gael councillor Pat Burke about the day's significance.
