A campaign is underway in County Clare to encourage and support eligible homeowners to apply for fully funded upgrades under the Warmer Homes Scheme (WHS). Across Clare, around 3,000 homeowners are eligible for a fully funded energy upgrade through the SEAI’s Warmer Homes Scheme, but many people who qualify aren’t yet aware of it or haven’t applied.
