In this passage we see Jesus celebrating the Passover with his disciples, on the eve of one of them betraying him to death - we see Jesus’ sovereignty over the preparations, his awareness of what is about to happen, and we are challenged to examine our own hearts and ask the question: am I right with Jesus?
