Pastor Mike speaks on what it means to honor Sabbath Rest as God defines the Sabbath. We see throughout the Bible that God gives a number of commands to His people. He is a taskmaster, yet what we can observe of these commands is that they are ALWAYS for our benefit and NEVER for our demise, even if we don't understand or agree with them.
