Indrek is a young man who clearly has been on a journey to create peace within himself,  He talks openly about the struggles he has as a young person, the darkness he experienced as a teenager,  His way out of the darkness was to eventually come to undestand something about meditation and is now at a point where he has mastered it sufficently to begin to teach this.  Teresa challenges him to put his course out on line.
