Bed-stuy Brat

This is a reading of my personal essay, "718." It deals with my teenage desire to be "down," and adopt the stereotypical "do or die" Bed-Stuy persona, when lord knows I grew up sheltered, and would be mad scared to jump in a fight if something popped off.
