Sisters In Crime

On October 31, 1979 the body of an unidentified white female was discovered in a culvert along interstate 35 in Williamson County, TX. Her body was nude except for a pair of orange socks. Investigators believe that her body was dragged out of a vehicle and thrown over the guardrail into the culvert based on evidence of drag marks along the side of the road.
