MBTP 003: Not Knowing Is Most Intimate

Informações:

Sinopsis

Many mindfulness teachers find the process of mindful dialogue, or inquiry, challenging. They feel a self-imposed pressure to “perform.” In this podcast I share a famous Zen koan that has helped me to let go of the idea that I have to control the discussion. When I do let go, something truly sharing emerges, even if not much seems to happen. “Not knowing is most intimate” can support a teacher to be genuinely present in stillness while connecting to what’s happening… without the pressure that something must unfold.
