I've been wanting to share this for some time.  Originally broadcast perhaps 2 years ago the story remains fresh and current.  Veronique is known internationally for her expertise in wine knowledge and has reached incredible heights in her career.  I knew her at Gatineau's Les Fourgeres and across Ottawa's wine scene.  She now runs Soif and also is Air Canada's sommelier.  This episode is on selecting wines for flights across Canada and around the globe.
