In today's podcast, I want you to know ONE important thing:  It is PERFECTLY okay to be worried about the coronavirus / COVID-19. You are not overreacting. You are not being 'over the top'. You may be concerned, and not even be experiencing anxiety. To be honest, this is a serious situation and so it would be kind of strange, if we weren't concerned about the potential outcomes.
