There is a lot of uncertainty right now within our own lives and at a global level. We have no clue what is next for us and it can be very scary. In this episode, I talk about how to move through fear that may be coming up right now and why this time is such a great opportunity to go within and relax. We have been as a whole burnt out as a society. We've been operating in our masculine "do do do" energy for so long, many of us are stressed and burned out. We can use this time to recaliberate and come back into balance.
