The Bible tells us over 100 times to fear not. Instead of taking God'a advice, we tend to get ourselves caught in fear knots.Some of us fear if we will measure up at our job or as a parent or spouse. Others of us stress about an obstacle in our way - a financial situation, a medical diagnosis or a difficult person. Some of us are dealing with anxiety over a battle we may have to go through.
