Pastor Mike is beginning a study on the 1st Letter of Peter to the scattered strangers and aliens in the Province of Asia Minor, which of course is also intended for each one of us today. Peter is a unique man in the history of the world to be one of Jesus closest friends while they walked together in this journey of life. And then, Peter transitioned into one of the boldest Apostles preaching and proclaiming the power of blood of Jesus. We find that Peter first learned to follow Jesus so that he could later become one of the best leaders for Jesus later in his life. There is much for us to gain in that experience alone.
