Pastor Mike continues in the short series on "Knowing Christ" as Paul taught us to. This week we are taught what it means to be "forgetful" in the areas that hinder our spiritual growth in the future. There are both good and bad things we are to forget to help us know Christ better as we move forward in our lives. You might wonder why we are to forget the good things God has blessed us with, but we are IF they become an area that pulls us back into the past rather then pushes us forward into the future of what God wants for us... Then clearly there are the bad things that we need to forget about and more importantly FORGIVE ourselves for. We spend most of the day discussing this as the enemy works very hard keeping people in bondage over our past mistakes when all along God has already forgiven us....
