Pastor Mike is continuing the study of Jesus's letters to the 7 churches. This week we speak about the church in Pergamos or Pergamum. Jesus sees that they do not renounce God even while living in the place where Satan lives, and yet there is a form of false teaching that is becoming prominent in their midst. This false teaching is in the form of a "stumbling block" as in the way of Balaam. As we study this message and understand the danger of being a stumbling block we will see how this is applicable for us today.
