Understanding Christianity

Canons of Dort--TOTAL INABILITY

Informações:

Sinopsis

Both Arminians and Calvinists agree with the Biblical truth of the moral and spiritual inability of sinners to come to faith in Christ. They both affirm man's deadness in sin, bondage of the will, and our hostility toward God. Where they depart is in how God's grace operates in saving a sinner. Is God's grace dispensed equally among all people as an assisting or prevenient grace that can be resisted? Or does God solely dispense His grace on the elect ensuring that they will infallibly come to faith in Christ? In addition, how does the SBC Traditionalist/Provisionist depart from both of these views with a denial of total inabiliyt? Listen and find out.
