Lawrence Taylor is an expert parliamentarian and DNC member from 2013 to 2016. He served on the Rules Committee for the 2016 Democratic National Convention, as a Delegate to the 2012 and 2016 Conventions, and presided over the 2016 Delegate Selection Convention, 2nd Congressional District.He currently serves as a delegate in the Dempcratic Party of Oregon.
