This week in the studio, Sean Beckner-Carmitchel joins Tina-Desiree Berg. Eman Padilla was arrested not far from a protest outside Sheriff Alex Villanueva's home in Los Angeles County on November 18, 2020. At that time, he was told there was a warrant for his arrest and charged with Attempted Train Derailment- a charge that holds a maximum of life imprisonment. He was also informed that it was related to his allegedly leaving a temporary barrier- which LASD brings out with regularity and uses- on top of train tracks. His wife was also detained the following week for charges related to her car registration. While she was detained- the LASD ransacked their home.
