Newsflash: Stu thinks that Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) is correct.-During a hearing on the appointment of Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL) to Attorney General, the Massachusetts senator was halted from reading a 1986 letter written by Coretta Scott King that criticized Sessions. The Republican means to shut her down was a previously obscure rule known as Rule 19, which basically states that any outright or implied criticism of another senator is prohibited in official discourse.
