These problems keeps us in the helpless mentality so we are always in need, need, need. We struggle with supporting the advancement of our people and tend to support kicking them when they are down. We have a responsibility to our people to hold them accountable and use the ones who fall through the cracks as an example. We tend to over fixate on the trials and tribulations our people instead of learning and growing from them.
