What does finding meaningful work look like? What does your first-gen voice look like in the corporate world? In our conversation with Chandria we talk about how a first-gens resilient nature is beneficial when you are making your way into your career. As well as the challenges that diversity and inclusion present in the workplace.  Chandria Harris is a Global Career Development Consultant and Certified Career Services Provider who has served in roles both at Fortune 500 companies and in higher education. She is a minority, and first-generation college graduate with over 5 years of experience in recruitment and training and development. Chandria holds a Masters Degree in Counseling/Psychology from the University of West Alabama and a Bachelors of Science in Social Science from Mississippi University for Women. She also holds an Associate Degree from Meridian Community College. She is a Certified Resume Writer, Certified Career Services Provider and Global Career Development
