That’s a long time in the restaurant world yet we tend to downplay a real ecommerce business that has made it for well over 10 years because they haven’t sold a million dollars yet. They have not scaled to a power player. Yet, they have built a viable skill set  and a model that is sustainable. hmm.. Seems to me they “made” it! Living on your terms has to take over the conversation.
