Three years later, I advanced to the level of supervisor for the global airline. Eventually, I became the Regional Manager of Aircraft Maintenance of Southern California. After spending 14 years with American Airlines, I joined a small aviation company in Northern California, as Director of Aircraft Maintenance. I desired to learn more about Servant Leadership and Customer Service. My next steps were to join the management teams of The Men’s Wearhouse, Starbucks Coffee Company, and attain my degre
